Adults: Hypertension : The recommended initial dose is 40 mg twice daily. This dose may be increased by 40mg at weekly intervals depending on the individual patient’s response. The usual dose range is 120-320 mg per day. Angina Pectoris : The recommended initial dose is 40 mg twice daily. This dose may be increased by 40mg at weekly intervals depending on the individual patient’s response. The usual dose range is 120-320 mg per day.
