Q. I am 30 years old and have a terrible time getting to sleep. I've been taking Ambien for more than a year and if I don't take it I toss and turn all.

I am 66 and have never had a flu shot. I had the flu when I was 12 (at least I think it was the flu). I am of the notion that if I get the flu I will consider myself lucky for the last 54 yrs. I have family members in med. field and they also do NOT get the shot. No one knows what flu is going to be around or what anyone in particular is going to get. I will take my chances. More folks need to take better care of themselves.
