Hi there Maso! I have a feeling the questioner IS the healthcare provider. Maybe a clinical psychologist. My youngest has her Masters in this area and is also working on her Doctorate. Never received a grade below an A. Sorry, needed to brag about my kid for a moment. Hope you don't mind. Have a nice holiday! Chris.

Depression is something we all have. Where it gets to be a problem, is when we get locked into it. in that case we need medical help. You would be surprised to know how many people are on some type of depression medicines.

How Does Metformin Make You Feel Diabetic Connect

On Met, I noticed no distress but was quite depressed and angry. Having side effects from meds is not unusual, but you must see someone who can help you.

If you take nothing, you will need to do something. Why not try a book called diabetes withouth drugs. It sounds as if you do need to get some help even if you go to a nutrionist. Don't want to upset you, but feel the urge to l you, you must get help. Sleeping allot is not a good sign for you. If you drink a full glass of water when you wake in the a.m. and wait about 15 min. before testing you can put your lancing device on a very low setting. Use a sharper gauge lancet. You don't need to stick yourself so hard to get a droplet for testing.
