4 days ago Prescription drugs are the 4th leading cause of death in the world. If that's not enough to make you shriek, I'm not sure what will.

Alternatives: Fish, whole foods – oats, nuts, beans, spinach, avocado.

I take what they prescribe for my asthma and chronic back pain and depression, it all works well, ill get off them as im able, theres some side effects but they are tolerable, the worst is withdraw, thats not tolerable. Some drugs are risky, ive tried and tossed many and ended up on the cocktail im now on. I dont like taking 13 pills a day, its easy to forget even with a pill dispenser but it has improved my quality of life.

Christine…your answer is too vague? to which medication are you referring? and, what about the countless times through the years when prescribed medicines have helped people back to health? I am in total support of natural foods, but sometimes more is needed.
