More common side effects may include: abnormal ejaculation, agitation, decreased sexual desire, diarrhea, feeling tired, indigestion, loss of appetite, nausea.

Your healthcare provider may ask you a series of questions from time to time that will help assess how well your symptoms are controlled with treatment.

Adults: The usual starting dose is 50 milligrams (mg) once a day. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

Zoloft is thought to work by increasing the activity of a chemical in your brain called serotonin. By increasing serotonin, Zoloft may help improve your symptoms.

Do not drink alcohol while you are taking Zoloft.

Panic Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Social Anxiety Disorder.

Adults and adolescents 13-17 years: The usual starting dose is 50 mg once a day.

More common side effects may include: abnormal ejaculation, agitation, decreased sexual desire, diarrhea, feeling tired, indigestion, loss of appetite, nausea, shaking, increased sweating, trouble sleeping.

When: Everyone responds differently to treatment, so try to be patient and follow your healthcare provider's directions.

Do not take sertraline if you have used an MAO inhibitor such as furazolidone (Furoxone), isocarboxazid (Marplan), phenelzine (Nardil), rasagiline (Azilect), selegiline (Eldepryl, Emsam, Zelapar), or tranylcypromine (Parnate) in the last 14 days. A dangerous drug interaction could occur, leading to serious side effects.

I have never reviewed a drug, but I had a such a hard time for a month and wanted to quit. But I got so much help from the reviews so I want to share I had most side effects went from and today was 30 days and I have had 2 great days after a hell month. It did all go away I am not sleeping great yet. But enough. I was so gonna quit So if your having anxiety and feeling like crap and wacko. Mine went away and I feel good Stick it out.
