It is recommended to take 1-5 g of Spirulina per day. Some people recommend up to 5 g/day, knowing that 5 grams is quite a high dosage. The effects of Spirulina are felt even in weak doses (800mg). Spirulina can be absorbed with a good glass of water, but also with fruit or vegetable juices.
