Before using this medication, l your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: difficulty urinating (urinary retention), other bladder problems (such as bladder outflow obstruction), stomach/intestinal blockage (gastric retention), a certain eye condition (narrow angle glaucoma ), liver disease, bowel disease (such as ulcerative colitis ), slowed movement of stomach/ intestines, constipation, kidney disease, enlarged prostate, a certain muscle/nerve disease ( myasthenia gravis ).

This medication may decrease your ability to sweat, making you more likely to get heat stroke.
